About Wrights Mini Farm 🐐💕
Wrights Mini Farm is located in Northwestern Pennsylvania, approximately one hour north of Pittsburgh. Our farm is home to a variety of animals, including horses, chickens, rabbits, dogs, and, of course, our beloved Nigerian Dwarf goats. Our journey with Nigerian Dwarf goats began in 2021 when our daughter decided she wanted to show goats through 4-H. We started with just two does and a buckling, never imagining how much our little herd would grow! Since then, our herd has continued to grow, and we are constantly working to improve our breeding program. We focus on raising healthy, well-structured Nigerian Dwarf goats with qualities that make them excellent additions to both show and dairy herds.
The health of our animals is extremely important to us. We test our herd yearly for CAE, Johne’s disease, and CL, helping us maintain a healthy herd and provide confidence to those who purchase from us. What started as a 4-H project has grown into a passion for raising and breeding Nigerian Dwarf goats. We are proud of how far Wrights Mini Farm has come and look forward to continuing to improve our herd for years to come.
🐐 Our Dairy Goats
Our herd of dairy goats is the heart of our farm. We raise Registered Nigerian Dwarf goats for milk, show, breeding, and as wonderful family pets.
Our goats provide the rich, wholesome milk that inspires many of our handcrafted skincare products. We take pride in raising healthy, happy goats and producing quality products from our farm.
All of our goats are registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA). We’re also hoping to venture into the Linear Appraisal (LA) process as we continue to grow and improve our herd.
