Our terms of sale are subject to change.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any sale at any time at our discretion.

We do not guarantee the height or conformation of any animal. Note that although this stipulation is in place, we will not knowingly sell any animal with visible defects. If a defect does appear/present in your animal, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures/videos so we can assess and rectify the situation.

We have the right to retain any kid from any breeding.

We will do our best to work with transport in a timely manner.
Kids: All kids will all be tattooed, disbudded, have their hooves trimmed, and CD&T vaccines regardless of registration status. All show quality kids will have online ADGA registrations sent to buyer's cart, and a bill of sale. In the event that the buyer does not hold an active ADGA membership, we will send a paper ADGA application, however we do not prefer it. We will not register pet does or wethers, no acceptations! There is a reason that they are marked as pet quality. We will give preference to performance herds and returning customers. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all kids that you wish to buy and the remaining 50% will be required when picking the kid up. Deposits must be made within 24 hours after you state that you wish to put said deposit on the kid and are only refunded if I cancel the sale, or if the animal dies in my care. We charge a $3 daily fee for any buck or doe not picked up by 12 weeks of age unless otherwise agreed upon. Paypal, Venmo, and cash are all accepted. You are responsible for arranging transport. Once the kid leaves our property, we are no longer responsible for anything that may happen in your care. Kids will leave with a small amount of their current feed, a bill of sale, and current medical history paper/chart.
Adult Bucks/Does: All registered adult animals will come with a bill of sale and registration certificates for ADGA otherwise stated. They too will be given probiotics, current medical history, and a small bag of their current feed. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to retain the animal of your choice and the remaining 50% is required at pick up. Deposits must be made within 24 hours after you state that you wish to put said deposit on the animal and are only refunded if I cancel the sale, or if the animal dies in my care. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you have 30 days from the time of the deposit to pick your animal up, otherwise you forfeit your purchase. You are responsible for arranging transport.
Reservation List: Message us on Facebook or send an email and ask to be put on our reservation list. You will be placed on our list for the requested doe(s) in the order of which you placed your reservation fee of $50. Reservation fees do count towards the purchase price of your kid. After the kid is born, you will have 24 hours after we reach out to you to place a 50% non-refundable deposit on the kid otherwise, we will move on to other potential reservation holders, and you will not be guaranteed a kid. If your aren't sure which doe you want a kid from, just tell us what you're looking for and we'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction! Please know that we will not take reservations based on color, and all reservations are assumed to be behind any kids that we wish to retain.
DNA/Parent Verification: Parent Verification is 100% OPTIONAL however, if you wish to have your kid parent verified, please let us know prior to pickup and we will pull hair on the kid's sire and dam if they are not yet on file. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs attached and we may not be able to provide hair for sires that we do not own. We will only do parent verification on animals that we have bred, so in other words, only ones that have the Wrights Mini Farm name
Congenital Myotonia: As of now, we do not plan to test our herd for congenital myotonia (CM). We do take the condition seriously as it is an undesirable trait in our breed. However, unless an animal is presenting with symptoms of a CM/CM affected animal, we do not feel the need to test at the moment. **If a buyer wishes to have their animal tested prior to pickup, we are happy to do the test at the buyer's expense. We will use UC Davis/ADGA or Gensol. We will not refund or replace any registered animal sold from our farm that comes back CM/N as these animals are merely carriers, and will not exhibit CM characteristics, and their children will not automatically be carriers. If a registered animal comes back CM/CM, we will provide a 100% purchase price credit to put towards a new animal from us. We will require proof of test results before any credit is allotted.

Rabbit Policies
This policy is applicable to everyone, you must attest to having read/received this policy before making a deposit. This policy applies to both the breeder and customer of Wrights Mini Farm to protect us, you, and the rabbit(s).
Payment, Prices, Guarantees
- A 50% (plus any fees that may happen when not paying with cash) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve any rabbit you may buy from me to ensure you are completely serious about purchasing that animal. The remaining total must be paid in full before the rabbit leaves my care (or at pick up if dealing with cash). This deposit will go toward the total cost of the rabbit. You will be sent an invoice upon request.
- I have the right to refuse any sale for any reason without explanation. If this is the case a full refund will be given for said deposit.
- If a rabbit you have reserved is injured or dies within my care, a full refund will be issued or an animal of equal value may be chosen at that time. I sell based on a first come first serve basis, I'll put you on a contact list if you do not get the rabbit you want from my available litters if this is the case.
- Prices vary on type, age, sex, color, quality (pet, brood, show, etc.) My prices are non-negotiable.
- I breed for pet, brood, and show quality animals. No animal will leave my care unless it is healthy. This is to ensure both you and I can be satisfied with the wellbeing of said rabbit(s).
- All sales are final once the rabbit(s) leave my care. I will not give refunds or exchanges.
- I cannot guarantee your rabbit(s) will place in any shows even if their parents have done so.
- I cannot guarantee your rabbit(s) adult weight or fertility.
- Once a rabbit leaves my care I cannot guarantee their health, to the best of my knowledge no animal leaves my care injured or ill. Therefore I am not responsible for any medical or vet bills once the animal leaves the rabbitry.
Pedigrees
- No "pet" rabbit will leave my rabbitry with a pedigree. I will issue a birth certificate if this is the case.
- If you are a breeder or plan to breed the animal at a future date, let me know beforehand and a pedigree will be issued at point of sale.
