Nigerian Dwarf Goats

At Wrights Mini Farm, our priority is breeding Nigerian Dwarf goats that are practical, high-production milkers while maintaining the dairy confirmation that makes the breed so special.

We select and breed for traits that make our goats easy and enjoyable to milk by hand, including large, well-developed teats. Teat size is especially important in Nigerian Dwarfs, as some bloodlines can have smaller teats that make hand milking more difficult.

Our herd:

  • All goats are registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA)
  • Tested free of CAE and Johne’s disease
  • Bred with an emphasis on milk production and dairy confirmation
  • Selected for practical, hand-milking-friendly udders and larger teats
  • We are currently exploring participation in official milk testing for our does

Our goal is to produce Nigerian Dwarf goats that aren't just beautiful—they are functional, productive dairy goats that are a pleasure to own and milk.
